Meet Elena Necip
Founder-CEO of Studio Elle & Elysian Academy
Elena has been in the beauty industry for over 11 years.
Her very first job in the industry was sweeping hair when she was 12. When she was 15 she began assisting older senior hair stylists at Butterfly Salon. By this point she knew she wanted a future in beauty.
She later worked as an educator and trainer in microblading, learning the ins and outs of how the industry worked from the business side of things.
The Creation of an Entrepreneur
It was during this time that she learned how much few microblading courses were available, especially those that focus on value and true quality. Over the next 6 months she developed her own training course with a focus on skill, technique, quality and female empowerment. She then spent 6 months creating Elysian Academy.
Through Elysian, Elena thrived. Her passion is in training and empowering other entrepreneurs to have the courage to create financial stability through their own business.
Her goal? To stabilize the misconceptions of the beauty industry and lead the next generation of empowered beauty technicians who own their businesses.
